Oh What a Night

Charlie found White Rock Lake online. It's not a terribly quick drive when you factor in traffic, but it's worth the drive. We arrived right before sunset on Friday night while Janet was still with us, but we would definitely make the trip again. We can't wait until the boys can sit up a little better so we can buy a bike trailor and follow the entire border of the lake on the path. There's something wonderful about being in the south in the winter.

After we finished checking out the lake we tried Fireside Pies, a gourmet pizza place with fantastic food. It was served family style, which was kinda cool too. We ordered the Baby Arugala salad, Triple Roni and Fresh Mozzarella pizzas and Blackberry Vanilla Swirl cheesecake, which, according to the Dallas Observer, is "the cheesecake to end all cheesecake disputes!"  Perfecto!
