It Figures!

Now that we have changed our strategy on renting vs. buying, wouldn't it just figure that we have two people interested in looking at our house today! That doesn't mean that they are interested OR (more importantly) making an offer, but it's just coincidental that the very day after we find people that we'd really like to rent to that two sets of people would come through to look at it. Hopefully it turns into something, even though that would be exciting and sad at the same time.
